The Del Scharr Scholarship is awarded annually by the Greater St. Louis Ninety Nines. A $500 scholarship is given to a female college student who is pursuing a degree in an aviation related field. She must be maintaining at least a B average in her college course work. The scholarship may used for any college-related expense, including, but not limited to, tuition, books, or flight training.
